The opinion of our enologist, Eugene Sanchez :
Eye: yellow tints almost serene green to bright and crystal clear. Intense nose for harmonizing the scent of white flowers (lime) and exotic fruits (pineapple, passion fruit). Mouth wide to attack, supported by aromas of honey and a hint lemon bringing a certain freshness.
